  3. Notes Menu

  5. Contains tools for the creation of notes and fields as well as tools useful in working with notes.

  7. Brings up a dialog that lets you create a new note of any kind, or define a new note template.
  8.  
  9. Brings up the catalog of all note types in this document.
  10.  
  11. Brings up a dialog in which you can add a field to just this note or all notes of this type.
  12.  
  13. Adds any field to a note, disabled because no notes are selected.
  14.  
  15. Brings up a dialog that lets you delete a field from the currently selected notes.
  16.  
  17. Deletes a field from a note, disabled until you choose a note or notes.
  18.  
  19. Brings up the catalog of all field definitions in this document.
  20.  
  21. Brings up a window with information about the currently selected note.
  22.  
  23. Convert the currently selected notes to a different type.
  24.  
  25. Detach the selected note(s) from other places it appears in this document. Futher editing in this location will not affect other the other locations.

  27. Brings up the dialog that lets you define the summary for the selected note type.
